Human Atlas Lab collects the information you voluntarily submit through the Open Atlas form so the submission can be reviewed and, when necessary, discussed with you.

• Form responses may include your name, email, attribution preference, market/location, and story.
• Your email is used for communication about the submission and is not published as part of an Atlas entry.
• If an entry is selected, public attribution follows the option you chose on the form.
• You may ask for a submitted or published entry to be removed by emailing g@humanatlaslab.com.

General inquiries sent by email are handled as ordinary correspondence.
